Although our servers are sending the emails, for some reason certain domains, servers and ISPs (Internet Service Providers) are not accepting emails from TemplateAday.com. Our techs have been working on a solution but getting email through the current ISP you have may not be possible.

Please check your email SPAM bucket for an email from 'info@templateaday.com' or 'TemplateADay'.

If you did not receive the verification email at your current email address you MUST sign up again using a different ISP address.

We suggest signing up for a free email address from Google or Yahoo, both of which we know DO accept our emails, once we are white-listed.

First, make sure that info@templateaday.com is white-listed on your new email account. If you do not know how to do this you can find out how at:

Next, sign up for a new Template-A-Day account at:
http://www.templateaday.com/templates/signup.php?hide_paysys=free

Once you verify your email address, you should start receiving your templates daily, at 10 pm PST.

If you do not receive the verification email at your new email address, please contact us by logging a ticket at the support desk.
