I've been viewing the videos. By-the-wayThank you for fixing them, I was having a terrible time with the videos yesterday.

In the video you show a folder network-monitoring and transcript-software. I did not receive either one of those. Was I supposed to?

Those folders were only examples used in the video. They were not sent out as part of the Templateaday graphics template packets.
