QUESTION

hello...

I'm unable to play the videos online - specifically from Video number
11 onwards.

I've tried both Internet Explorer and FireFox.

I've also downloaded the files and tried that but they don't work
either.

By the way, up to (and including) Video number 10 I was able to see
the videos fine.

Any solution or suggestions would be appreciated.

Videos 11-13 are working fine over here -- no problem.
I just checked them.

What has happened is that your computer has probably
CACHED (saved in its memory) the old page -- so you
are not getting the right URLs popping up.

Please log back into the page and make sure you are
here after you sign in:

http://www.templateaday.com/templates/member.php

Once there, hold down the CTRL and SHIFT key while
you hit the F5 button or Click on the REFRESH button
of your browser.

This will clear the CACHE and instantly refresh the
NEW URLs so you can watch Videos 11-13.

That should resolve your issue. Therefore, I am
closing this ticket at this time, but you can ask
another question relating to this ticket by re-opening
it under your Resolved Requests ticket.
